We had a lovely long weekend with friends and a bonfire, sleepovers and marshmallows. To top it off, I finished a new mobile design. It's a woodland theme with a tree in the middle, surrounded by woodland creatures. It's available in my shop.
I've just finished another custom order. Now there's a gift that they're sure not to get two of. They're $6.50 per letter. Just in case you're interested...
Okay, I'm whittling through them. Orders are going out left, right and centre. Here's a custom one - my primary owls nursery mobile with a matching 28cm cushion (cool idea?):
I had my first international sale this week. A New Yorker found my website and contacted me to request a custom order. She wanted fabric elephants in pink, orange, yellow and aqua. I loved making another custom order this week for a lady who wanted my owls mobile in pastel tones and including the colours turquoise, lilac, baby pink, lemon and white, with a purple ring at the top. It's amazing what fabrics I can find in my stash and how they can go together in ways … Continue reading Custom orders are fun

Getting right into the spirit of handmade Christmas decorations, I suggested to … Continue reading Christmas decorations

Yesterday I was very pleased to have it featured on Madeit's homepage amongst the Pastel Pretties Finds: Mobile orders are streaming in for Christmas. If you're thinking about buying one for a gift, please … Continue reading Pastel pretties
You know how it doesn't matter how big your handbag is, you still fill it? Well it's the same with my sewing room. It's full. Overflowing, in fact. So, it's sale time. I'm clearing out some of the mobiles I have in stock to make room for new ones; new designs and new colours. Please … Continue reading SALE – selected mobiles
